obiettivi
The course aims to provide appropriate language and effective communication techniques to reach "win win" agreements in important negotiations and to play an active role in strategic meetings. There will be particular focus on developing speaking skills to allow participants to interact with colleagues from different cultures with style, sensitivity and success.
